How I Got Here
After graduating from Harvard University, I took an 8-year sabbatical into the business world of information technology services. Next was running two cattle ranches while earning a law degree from Santa Clara University... and then a dozen years as legal counsel and corporate executive in real estate investment, development, management and finance.
In 1988, I settled in with my daughter and son at our home on Bainbridge Island... with a dog, a cat, an enduring attachment to real estate... and a dedication to service.
With my "kids" grown and independent, in 2002 I moved to Poulsbo to be centrally located and better serve my clients' needs throughout Kitsap County.

Pioneering Quality Relationships
Concerned that homebuyers did not then have their own agents, in the early 1990's I helped bring buyer representation to residential real estate in Washington... which became the legal standard in 1997.
Providing confidential representation since 1992... and being the first ABR Accredited Buyer Representative for Bainbridge Island and Kitsap County, I'm years ahead in developing new approaches tailored to helping buyers.
Relationships are at the core of my approach. That requires my personal involvement nurturing those relationships and providing value to each client... no shuttling you around to assistants!
That's how I protect the quality of my relationships... And maximize my value to you.
