ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative
The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. AB - Associate Broker
Associate Broker is a real estate person holding a broker license that chooses to associate or affiliate with another sponsoring broker rather than opening their own brokerage office. They want the added knowledge and status of a broker, but do not desire to operate an independent office.
CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist
Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market by meeting strict performance requirements.
